Built in the early '40s by the architect Pietro Lingeri, one of the key figures of the Italian Rationalism, Riva Comacina has been recently restored preserving the original architectural features. It's classified as heritage building by Italian Ministry of Culture. The entrance, the living areas and the four main bedrooms face to the lake thanks to its spacious glass windows. The patio, party pave and partly covered, is accesed directly from the entrance hall ideal setting for relaxing dinner.
